KL Tower pt1

Last monday.. which was 13.2.2006 i went to have dinner at KL Tower. It was my cousin's bday so yea.. free food.. lol

Took this the moment i reached there.

Upon entering, i was welcomed by a lady wearing traditional malay dress.

Has anyone seen the patterns on the tower so clearly before? If u have not.. then here u are..

and also.. now u guys can see what device was 'planted' into the body of the tower that emits blinking lights.

FoooOoOoOoOoOoD !!!

Starhill pt 2

So here you go.. Starhill part 2. we continued our photomagical journey to the lower ground floor of Starhill.

Where do u think this is? lol.. It's the wall outside the toilet.. damn nice..

Erm... any comments for this? I dont. That's Jen and I btw..

I didnt really sit in front of the piano.. cos THERE WAS NO CHAIR!! so i just pretended to be sitting.. lol

Cny day 15: Starhill pt.1

Day 15.. was the last day of Chinese New Year. We didnt do anything related to Cny on the day.. instead, I went to a music survey at JW Marriot with Albert and Jenifer.

During the 5 hours of survey.. we were played 600 songs and all we had to do was to choose whether "we like it, hate it, or tired of hearing it".. for 5 hours.. 600 songs. -_-"

Met Davina(in red) there.. (Albert came with her).. so we took a photo during the lunch session.

After the thing ended, we planned to walk to Starhill to take some nice photos .. but on the way there, we saw this place.. somewhere between the mall and JW Marriot that looked damn chun to take photos.. so.. we.. erm.. :P

we posed and took hundreds of photos of different poses.. lol

Cny day 14: Hard Rock Cafe

Cny day 14... which was a Saturday.. hmm.. i went to help my fren to buy a phone in Sg. Wang... n got no time to take any photos.. -_-"

but then at night.. i went to hard rock cafe for dinner with my parents.. to celebrate my dad's upcoming bday.

I like the 3rd pic... the settings was ISO 200, f2.6, shutter 1 sec.

The crew at hard rock cafe was too friendly..

I was taking photo and one came n ask if he can take a photo of me nex to the logo.. and then i asked if i can take a photo with him.. n then he asked me to wait.. i called the whole team to come.. lol -_-" .. and he asked me to hold the chilli sauce bottle...

oh and here are the food we ordered.

I had the beef ribs.. it was fantastico! The beef was braised until the meat was soft and tender.. with the mushroom sauce.. it can simply be the best dish for the night..

Cny day 13: Gathering

Still on CNY day 13!!! omg.. lol

after the korea lunch, i went back to work.. and after work.. i went to meet anothe rgroup of friends at Tsim tung reataurant at pandan indah for a gathering n lou sang.

Cny day 13: Korean Food

Cny day 13.. was also a friday.. normally ill go out for lunch at somewhere far.. cos got long lunch hours.

this time.. we went to a korean food restaurant in Kuchai Lama.

This pic was taken by Cherrie after we finished our meal.. but i thought it looks good enough to be the opening for today's post. :)

The food we had that day.. nice food.. everyone was so satisfied and full.. lol

Before we left, i took this photo. Didn't know why i wanted to do this.. but then who cares.. just wanna hav fun lah

Cny Day 12: Loshifun

Nothing happened on Cny day 11. Muahaha yes lah. 1 day faster already.. :P

ok Cny day 12.. went for lunch with colleagues.. to the very famous lo shi fun shop at sri kembangan.

I didnt show any 'human' photos here.. i wanna dedicate this post for the food since i havent been posting food photos for quite some time. :)

Cny day 10: Astro Get together

Cny day 10 was also the 2nd day back to work after the holidays.

This day, Astro held a get together carnival like lunch session that celebrates the Chinese New Year by inviting Malaysia's no.1 lion dance team to perform. They also invited local artistes to perform.

Muahahha this will be the last lion dance post already.. so treasure it, u people!! :P

This was wat happaned after the lion dance show. We had buffet and while enjoying our food, we were entertained by some artistes. In the pic, u can see 3 hosts, one from Myfm, one from Xfresh FM and one more .. im not sure from which station. Their job was to talk a bit n annouce the winners for the lucky draw session... grand prize was a 42" Plasma tv... but i didnt get it.. sigh

We starting our lunch by having the yee sang.

Woot.. so fun lah that day.. u see.. being an Astro/Amp staff so nice hor. ^^

Day 9: Hokkien New Year

OK.. finally we reached day 9.. ahha
This day is considered the first day of Chinese New Year for the hokkiens.Why?

According to my parents, long long time ago, the hokkien people were attacked and they went to hide themselves at the sugarcane farm. So the attackers couldnt find them. They hid there til the 9th day and when coast was clear, they came out n celebrate and call it the first day of the brand new life.. brand new year.

but my family is no hokkien.. so we just pray for fun.. (without the sugar canes)

And there were fireworks few rows away from my hosue.. so nice..
