Jeans Street

After breakfast we went to Jeans Street!
Jeng jeng jeng.. it is believed... that Bandung.. is a textile city... and they sell branded jeans.. at a very low price.

We were happy.

THR + Hitz + Xfresh = 3 happy people looking forward to buying cheap branded jeans at Jeans Street.

and off we went! The bus ride took about 10 minutes.

Jeans Street is famous for the big big movie characters along the whole street. Here you can see Rambo. (Totally not related to the shops... but then.. dono why they put oso. Wear the jeans then can become Rambo?)

The bus dropped us by the roadside. We got off and the first thing i saw was..

This. Speechless.

ok anyways.. we started walking along the road and entering the shops one by one.

Looks like these guys didnt find anything they like. :D

Being Broken

so after dunkin donut... we walked around the the area.. looked at the stalls by the roadside.. n then we realised it was a bit dangerous to wander around at night with all the scary looking people staring at us.

So we went back to the hotel.

We didnt have anymore plans.. it was only 1030pm. Some of our colleagues went clubbing.. but thats our plan the next day.

So we hung around the lobby n took some pics.

That's the roof. Very nice view from the lobby.

The whole lobby was romantically lit up. So we took more photos... of ourselves

but i am only showing one of the millions of photos we took that night.

at about 1130pm we went back to our rooms n slept.

The next morning.. we woke up at 9pm to have buffet breakfast.

all muka baru bangun. ahahah

not forgetting Jenifer yang terperangkap in my phone. lol

this was all i had. cant eat much i nthe morning.

oh the adventure began after breakfast.

guess where we went. :D

Rice Bowl

ok so after team building... we went back to our room...

to rest..

and to take shower...

then it was already 7pm... means hungry time.
how to sleep? how to sleep? hungry d!!

Me: eh let's meet up at 7pm ok?
Cherrie: har? 7pm? thats like 1 more hour only! not neough time!!!
Rames: ei Cherrie.. Indonesia is 1 hour behind KL la..
Jin: yalo... 7pm means 8pm KL time.
Cherrie: ohhh okok ahah I so blur :D

so we all met up at the lobby and went to look for food.

luckily our hotel is next to a shopping mall. we went there and saw this restaurant.

looked ok.. so we went in. too hungry. don care what they serve d.

after ordering... snap foto lo. apa lagi. ahah

and video too! :D

this thing was under promotion... only 5000Ruppiah... means about RM2.30.. the usual price is 23000Ruppiah... but that one is of course.. bigger in portion.

This one also 5000Ruppiah. We didnt mind if we get hungry cos of the small portion cos we planned to eat dunkin donut after dinner.

and so we walked to the opposite building to have Dunkin Donuts. :D

after all that.. the time was only 9.30pm Indonesia time...

Rames: omg.. 9.30pm only? what r we gonna do? takkan we go travel but sleep so early!!

Team Building

so after having lunch at that super sucky Sederhana Restaurant..

we went back on the bus.. and this time...

this time....

we can finally get to our hotel...

it was already about 130pm.. means we didnt sleep for about 36 hours already..

the moment we reached Hyatt, we were welcomed with traditional Indonesian dance and were offered free massage... wowee... didnt know we were so the VIP.. lol

and just when we finished our cocktail drinks n massage, the organisor told us that we CANNOT go to our rooms cos we have to start the Team Building activities already.

omg tired can.

we then gathered at the poolside for briefing and grouping activities. (Photo taken by Jeph)

the organisors have prepared 6 different games for us to complete in order to find the clue to open the secret Chest. (Photo taken by Jeph)

then finally.. after 4 hours of running around the hotel and doing all sorts of different stunts.. we were gathered again at the tennis court.. all looking tired... all wanna go to our rooms n sleep.. (Photo taken by Jeph)

this was also where we got our room keys.. and got to know who we r sharing rooms with.

FIIIIINAAAALYYYY... i stepped into my room at 530pm. so tired.. went for shower.. n rested... cos we had to go for dinner already.

How was dinner? AHAHAH .. check back soon

Adam C n his passport

and so... we were flying to indonesia...

but in order to get to Bandung, we have to stop at Jakarta and took a 2 hours bus there.

thats another "can die can!"

and everyone has to carry a bottle of liqour to indon cos we need to 'consume' them at the annual company dinner later.

we gathered at one part of the airport to rest and chit chat abit while waiting for the tour bus to come n fetch us.

I recorded video again.

Adam C from Hitz.fm seem to have lost his precious... ahah watch the video.. and you will know what happened there.

10 minutes later we went out of the airport and got on the bus which brought us to a Nasi Padang Restaurant for lunch.

we were so hungry that we didnt take photos of the food... imagine being awake for 24 hrs.. so tiring

after lunch.. we walked out of the restaurant to camho a bit :D

Chasing Plane

BANDUNG!

BANDUNG!

BANDUNG!!!!!!!!!!

here comes BANDUNG! brought to you exclusively by me.(who else la kan)

This Bandung trip was actually a company paid trip... means free hotel n food.. and I went with hundreds of other colleagues as well. Colleagues from AMP (means the radio side n not TV side)

ok here goes.

so we all gathered in Astro at 3am in the morning... omg so early can die.

Then the busses came and fetched us to LCCT at about 3.30am.

at about 4.30am, we reached the airport and checked in our luggages to AirAsia.

Our flight was at 7am... so basically we had like 2 hours more to waste after that.

so we all went to have breatfast at McD. The whole place was filled with ppl from Astro.. ahha

then at about 6am we went to the departure hall and sat there to waste more time.

we then started recording videos of stupid stuff. ahaha. Kokgin wanted to be the show host and I recorded him. MUST WATCH!!!

Then at 7am...
WE CHASED THE PLANE! (dono if it was logical but basically.. we ran towards the plane... ahha got reason la.. watch the video you will n u will find out)

after all those stupid stuff we did... we finally settled down n were all ready to fly.

the duration of the flight was 2 hours.

and it was 7.30am... so we couldnt do anything else but sleep.

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT? Come back tomorrow :D

Goodbye Isaac

ok final part of SYTYCD competition.

the bottom 6 emerged after all of them performed.

The 6 of them had to do a solo dance respectively to win the hearts of Malaysia and get them to vote.

Among the 6, I liked the dances from Becky. Alam and Isaac.

Nothing much lah her dance! Not much skill involved.

Many people said that it was a wrong decision to kick Isaac. Cos his dance video was superb.

anyways... Bandung pics n videos will be up shortly.

So, 2 weeks ago I went to the So You Think You Can Dance live telecast at Ruums with Jen, donny and Alvin.

We had dinner at Burger King Avenue K then headed to Ruums after that.

Met up with Hongkiat and Cely there to pass them tickets... and Helisa too... and not forgetting Johnson and Michelle.

we joined Felicia and gang to support Dennis.

All the contestants had to do traditional dance that week.
